Aubrey Plaza (born June 26, 1984) is a stand-up actor and comedian, and is known for exuding her humor in a funny way. She is the character April Ludgate on Parks and Recreation. The first web-based series she appeared on was The Jeannie Tate Show in which she performed sketch, improv and slapstick at Upright Citizens Brigade Theater Plaza. Plaza appeared on E.S.P.N.'s Mayne Street & The Jeannie Tate Show playing the role as Robin Gibney and was also in the role of Ben Schwartz, as well being a character on Robin Gibney for the premiere episode of Terrible Decisions.
